Do you carry the same items at all your locations?

The selection of baked goods and pastries at Viktor Benês Bakery depends on the location. Different locations have different demands, making each bakery showcase unique. Some of our locations also have their own facility for baking and decorating. While the traditional recipes are maintained, the decoration on our cakes vary from location to location. If you see a cake or other fine pastries online that you like, we recommend specifying this when placing your order.

What are your Showcase Cakes?

Our Showcase Cakes include the types of cakes Viktor Benês Bakery offers. Depending on availability, we do accept same day orders. The decoration of these cakes can change due to location. If you want a cake to be decorated as shown, please specify when placing your order. To insure availability, it’s always best to order at least 1-3 days in advance.

 

What kind of wedding cakes do you offer?

Our Wedding Cakes can be a single cake, tiered cake, or a variety of elegantly decorated cupcakes. Our tiered cakes consist of three layers of cake and two layers of filling and are priced per serving. We suggest making an appointment to guarantee time set aside in ordering your special cake. After the decorator approves your design, you will be quoted a price.

 

Do you make cakes in different shapes?

We can customize your cake into different shapes (3 dimensional) or cut-outs (flat shape). These Custom Cakes have to be approved by the decorator and a price will be quoted upon, depending on the complexity of detail.

 

Are you able to transfer a photo on a cake?

Yes. We can customize your cake with a memorable photo. When bringing in your picture, we recommend the size being no smaller than 4”x6” and no bigger than 8”x10.”

 

How much do you charge for your cakes?

Prices for cakes depend on the kind of cake and decoration desired, when your order is placed. Orders that are more detailed in decoration (custom shape/ cut-out cakes or wedding cakes) are priced per serving and have to be approved by the decorator before a price can be quoted.

 

Can you customize any cookie shape and decoration for your shortbread cookies?

We have a variety of cookie cutter shapes. If you have a cookie cutter that we do not carry, bring it in when you place your order. The cookie cutter and decoration desired has to be approved by the decorator, before the order can be placed.

 

Do you make dessert platters?

Yes. We can customize platters with cookies, pastry slices, or danish for your meetings, gatherings, or parties.

 

Can I purchase online?

At the moment, we are not selling online.

Yes. We accept phone and fax orders. For fax orders, please call to confirm that your order has been received.

 

What are your store hours?

Most store locations are open from 7 a.m.-10 p.m., Monday - Sunday. Hours are subject to change during special holidays. Our Corporate Office is open from 9 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday - Friday.
